13-inch pies fired in our authentic wood-burning oven. From classic Margherita to Fig & Prosciutto — thin, crisp, and made to order.
Every dish — from our New England Clam Chowder to our house-made Bolognese — is prepared fresh daily. No shortcuts, ever.
Our legendary house-made honey buffalo sauce is so popular we bottle it. Taste it on our wings, tenders, and sandwiches — then take a bottle home.

Paul Disch's journey began in 1974 when a law school rejection led him through the doors of Charley's Saloon in Boston's Back Bay — hired partly for his height and his BC degree. What followed was five decades of building one of the region's most respected hospitality careers, from Weymouth to Dedham to Florida and back.
After years with the Westwood Restaurant Group and the Back Bay Restaurant Group, Paul opened the Fairview Inn in Brant Rock with his wife Betty and daughters Lindsey and Lauren. The doors opened to 200 guests Thursday, 300 Friday, 350 Saturday. People were ready.
On October 25, 2015, Disch's Route 53 Tavern opened at 615 Washington St. in Pembroke — on a site that had served guests for 31 years before. Today it stands for something simple: fresh food, made from scratch, served with genuine hospitality.
